Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTN6, PPP3CA, and GC. Each is linked with RND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND1-to-partner and partner-to-RND1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RND1 versus CNTN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
