RND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP17, SNRPD3, and PES1. Each is linked with RND1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND1-to-partner and partner-to-RND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP17 grouped by RND1-low versus RND1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
