Across TCGA cell cohorts, RND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,056 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, and Diapedesis. Each is linked with RND1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND1-to-partner and partner-to-RND1 results are reported.
