Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNASET2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNASET2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNASET2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNASET2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNASET2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
