Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,502 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MR1, KIAA0040, and CTSO. Each is linked with RNASEL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEL-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASEL versus MR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
