Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEK-C17orf49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,024 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASEK-C17orf49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, and Mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly. Each is linked with RNASEK-C17orf49 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEK-C17orf49-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEK-C17orf49 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane grouped by RNASEK-C17orf49-low versus RNASEK-C17orf49-high in ESCA.
