Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEH1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,947 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASEH1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARF1_S716, ARAP1_S729, and CDC20_S41. Each is linked with RNASEH1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH1P2-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASEH1P2 versus MARF1_S716 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
