The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNASEH1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNASEH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and BLCA are the cancer types where RNASEH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
