Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,900 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASEH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRNP200, MSH2, and PPM1G. Each is linked with RNASEH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH1-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASEH1 versus SNRNP200 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
