RNASEH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, OR4N3P, and RN7SKP79. Each is linked with RNASEH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH1-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by RNASEH1-low versus RNASEH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
