Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PACRG-AS2, PGAP2, and ANKRD9. Each is linked with RNASE6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE6-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE6 results are reported.
