Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,836 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of PERK-mediated unfolded protein response, Macropinocytosis, and Regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with RNASE6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE6-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE6 results are reported.
