RNASE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,595 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIN3, ITGA5, and ITGAM. Each is linked with RNASE2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE2-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE2 versus RIN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
