Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, GATA6, and ACC1. Each is linked with RNASE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE2-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC_pS79 grouped by RNASE2-low versus RNASE2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
