Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,792 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organic acid catabolic process, Peptidyl-proline modification, and Lipid oxidation. Each is linked with RNASE12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE12-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Organic acid catabolic process grouped by RNASE12-low versus RNASE12-high in STAD.
