Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCC11 and GAPVD1. Each is linked with RNASE12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE12-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCC11 grouped by RNASE12-low versus RNASE12-high in PANCREAS.
