RNASE12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE12-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, TNP1, and CABS1. Each is linked with RNASE12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE12-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by RNASE12-low versus RNASE12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
