RNASE11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,455 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE11-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAC14, MRPL37, and RNU6-142P. Each is linked with RNASE11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE11-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VAC14 grouped by RNASE11-low versus RNASE11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
