RNASE10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,170 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, SVIL_S1120, and PHYHIPL. Each is linked with RNASE10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE10-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE10 versus FN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
