The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RNA5SP464 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP464 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and KIRP show a favorable association.

PAAD, KIRC, and OV are the cancer types where RNA5SP464 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
