Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP450 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP450 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNA5SP450 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP450 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and TGCT show a favorable association.

UVM, LUSC, and ACC are the cancer types where RNA5SP450 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
