The most reproducible RNA5SP434-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Obsolete selective autophagy, and Autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with RNA5SP434 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP434-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP434 results are reported.
