Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP378 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,129 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP378-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP biosynthetic process, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with RNA5SP378 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP378-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP378 results are reported.
