Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP378 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP378’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where RNA5SP378 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP378 is over-expressed in tumor.
COAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP378 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
