The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RNA5SP310 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP310 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and LAML show a favorable association.
