Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP310 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP310 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP310 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNA5SP310 RNA expression shows 8,865 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight TGCT, KIRC, and ESCA as cancer lineages where RNA5SP310 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
