The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RN7SL778P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL778P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUSC show a favorable association.
