Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL619P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL619P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where RN7SL619P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL619P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
COAD, READ, and CHOL are the cancer types where RN7SL619P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
