Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL619P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL619P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL619P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RN7SL619P RNA expression shows 6,757 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and COAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL619P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
