Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL448P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SL448P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RN7SL448P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL448P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and READ show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RN7SL448P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
