Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL448P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL448P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where RN7SL448P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL448P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as ESCA and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
ESCA, CHOL, and THCA are the cancer types where RN7SL448P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
