Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL444P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SL444P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RN7SL444P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL444P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.

UCS, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RN7SL444P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
