The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where RN7SL444P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL444P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH and KIRP show the opposite, repressed pattern.
