Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL404P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,792 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL404P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with RN7SL404P in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL404P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL404P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening grouped by RN7SL404P-low versus RN7SL404P-high in ESCA.
