Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL403P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL403P expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL403P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RN7SL403P RNA expression shows 17,610 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight LUAD, THCA, and THYM as cancer lineages where RN7SL403P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
