Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL305P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,660 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL305P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with RN7SL305P in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL305P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL305P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule polymerization grouped by RN7SL305P-low versus RN7SL305P-high in STAD.
