Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL305P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL305P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL305P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL305P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH show the opposite, repressed pattern.
KIRC, KICH, and UCEC are the cancer types where RN7SL305P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
