Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL268P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL268P expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL268P is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SL268P RNA expression shows 19,479 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight KIRP, and KIRC as cancer lineages where RN7SL268P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
