Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL250P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL250P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL250P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RN7SL250P RNA expression shows 7,837 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight PAAD, LUSC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where RN7SL250P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
