The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RN7SL213P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL213P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and LUAD show a favorable association.

KICH, LUAD, and ACC are the cancer types where RN7SL213P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
