Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL182P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,748 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL182P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, RNA 3'-end processing, and Telomere organization. Each is linked with RN7SL182P in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL182P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL182P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA-templated transcription elongation grouped by RN7SL182P-low versus RN7SL182P-high in STAD.
