Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL144P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,851 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL144P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE5, SNORA71B, and RPL23AP64. Each is linked with RN7SL144P in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL144P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL144P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL144P versus SPDYE5 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SL144P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SL144P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
