Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL144P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SL144P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RN7SL144P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL144P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRC, and LGG are the cancer types where RN7SL144P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
