Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL134P RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL134P-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP14, NCKAP5, and KIF20B. Each is linked with RN7SL134P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL134P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL134P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP14 grouped by RN7SL134P-low versus RN7SL134P-high in HNSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SL134P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SL134P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
