Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL116P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL116P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL116P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RN7SL116P RNA expression shows 12,730 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight LUAD, UCEC, and LSCC as cancer lineages where RN7SL116P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
