Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP75 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,924 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP75-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Ras protein signal transduction, Protein stabilization, and Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation. Each is linked with RN7SKP75 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP75-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP75 results are reported.
