Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,455 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Glycerophospholipid metabolic process. Each is linked with RN7SKP40 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP40-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP40 results are reported.
