Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP40 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP40 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RN7SKP40 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

ACC, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where RN7SKP40 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
