Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SKP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,340 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SKP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Blastocyst development, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with RN7SKP4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SKP4-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SKP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Methylation grouped by RN7SKP4-low versus RN7SKP4-high in STAD.
