Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SKP259 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RN7SKP259 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RN7SKP259 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SKP259 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and CHOL show a favorable association.

COAD, ACC, and BRCA are the cancer types where RN7SKP259 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
